For students · Class 9 to 12

Find what fits you, not what everyone else picked.

Science, Commerce or Humanities? JEE, NEET, CUET or something you have never heard of? You do not have to guess. Find out what you are good at, see what options really exist, and build a plan that is yours.

Sound familiar?

You are not the only one feeling this

🗣️

"Just take Science."

Everyone has an opinion: relatives, friends, the coaching centre. But nobody has asked what you actually enjoy or are good at.

🤖

"Will AI take my job?"

Careers are changing fast. The skills that matter are changing too, and it is hard to know which path is safe.

❓

"What else is there?"

Data science, design, sports management, allied health, new-age degrees: there are far more options than engineering, medicine or a government job.

What you will do with us

Know yourself. Grow yourself. Get there.

1

Take the IAP

An online assessment of your interests, five aptitudes and personality. About 70–80 minutes, in English or Hindi. It is not an exam: nobody passes or fails, and the interest and personality parts have no right answers.

2

Talk to a counsellor, one to one

60–75 minutes to understand your report, talk about what you enjoy and what worries you, and look at real options, including ones you have never heard of.

3

Bring your parents in

A separate session for your parents, so the whole family understands your strengths and the options. Many students say this is when things finally clicked at home.

4

Build your skills and your record

Reflect on ten future skills every year with the Readiness Compass, and keep your projects, Olympiads and internships in Pathfolio, checked by your mentor.

5

Get there

Help with the right entrance exams, a realistic college shortlist, applications, essays and interviews, in India or abroad, until you have your admission letter.

Questions students ask

Quick answers

Is the IAP an exam? Can I fail it?
No. Nobody passes or fails. The aptitude part has timed questions; the interest and personality parts have no right answers, so just be honest. The report shows where you fit best, not how you rank.
Will it tell me exactly which career to choose?
No, and it should not. It shows your strengths and the areas that fit you. Then a counsellor helps you shortlist two or three paths and a Plan B. The final choice is yours.
What if my parents want something different for me?
That is very common. Your parents get their own session, where the counsellor explains your strengths and the real options and return on each path. It usually turns an argument into a conversation.
I am already in Class 11 or 12. Is it too late?
Not at all. Class 12 is where the biggest decisions happen: which exams, which colleges, applications, essays and counselling rounds. We help with all of it.
Can I take it on my phone?
The full IAP needs a computer or laptop, with stable internet for about 80 minutes. It can be taken at home, at school, in a library or at a cyber café.
